Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@zenuecandles.world within the eligible return period. Include your order number, items you wish to return, and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number that must be included with your return shipment.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment until your return is processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@zenuecandles.world. We will arrange for a replacement, full refund, or store credit, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item when contacting us to expedite the resolution process.

Service Cancellation

For organization services, cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds for prepaid services will be processed according to the cancellation terms agreed upon at the time of booking.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 to 15 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures we can process your request quickly and accurately.

Late or Missing Refunds

Contact your financial institution, as it may take additional time for the refund to appear. Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit will be issued in the form of a credit code that can be applied to future purchases. Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any products or services.
